To ensure continuing levels of quality, Balancins maintains three state-of-the-art laboratories. Our labs include a chemical testing lab, a metallurgical control lab and a physical properties lab.

The lab technicians conduct both destructive and non-destructive testing, and each department has implemented Statistical Process Control Systems.

All departments and production segments are subject to our in-house product auditing system. This facility-wide auditing system includes comprehensive quality planning review and in-depth on-site inspections.
